I made a sale, but haven’t been selling here recently, so made an error of some kind. Buyer purchased item and I clicked approve the sale, ASSUMING it would take me the page that ALLOWS ME to add shipping to invoice. That didn’t happen, it seems to have bypassed that option and just gave me a page for price of item, without shipping… My listing clearly says $6.50 priority shipping, but the invoice didn’t include shipping and the page did not have an option to fix that or did I miss that option? I don’t think so, but what should I have done in this case?. Why didn’t the adjusted invoice page show up,and more important HOW DO I RE-INVOICE the buyer, and what should I change in my settings SO THAT IN FUTURE this won’t happen again? Or did I just not see something and don’t have to change my settings. VERY CONFUSED. Thanks for you help, asap.

Here is a thread with screen shots that shows where the link is to review invoice (which is also on the Invoice itself under Open Negotiations)
The link to review the invoice is in the line above the Approve order button…it is also a link in the email sent to you from bonanza when you have an offer…and the Review Invoice link is also on the invoice itself

So that you do not have to approve all invoices (which is the way you have it set-up now)
Go to My Bonanza
Account Setting (First item in left column)
Seller Settings tab
DO NOT have this checked
_ When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)_
Also make sure under
Edit Booth Options (Drop down menu under Sell on bonanza)
Click on Payments and Purchases tab
Click on YES for
Allow items to be purchased immediately (“buy it now”)
There is no way to re-invoice…so If the approval has already gone to the buyer and is now in Awaiting checkout…then
…you will either have to create a separate invoice for shipping.

All other offers
Create an invoice
Or cancel and ask buyer to re-purchase

There is nothing much that you would like to know about as Need invoicing help-please was right there for those who will be able to go for it for the first time as well. You all can see that and we hope WeInvoice removed] will be what you all are looking forward to at this time of the year.
