I seem to be having major issues after opening a booth. None of the links work, such as edit profile, update by group, setting shipping etc. Even when I am able to click on something such as contact us, I am able to type my question and issue but when I “submit” it does nothing but go back to the top of the page. I have tried on both google and firefox browsers

I tried that and as I stated I have tried other browsers. Nothing takes, I unclicked sync with Amazon yet it keeps syncing. I have spent 3 days trying to set up a booth and am fed up. Every setting I create does not hold and every time I try to get help I get error messages. I keep trying to just cancel my account and I just keep getting
“Whoops. There was an error.
There was an error processing your previous request. We have been notified and will take a look at it shortly.”
I have too much to do to keep pulling my hair out on this site. Cancel my account

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
