No place to enter shipped on first amazon payments transaction?

I just switched from checkout by Amazon to Amazon Payments. I was able to record my tracking info on Bonanza but not on Amazon Payments. There is no place to record it. What is happening? Am I not 100% switched over?

Hi Cards4me
That was one of the biggest changes that they at Amazon made when they changed their payment gateway, I was told when I spoke with a representative at Amazon that they no longer require or have a function to record the shipment information, they trust that you being a qualified retailer will ship the product in a timely manner or the customer will let them know.

The way that I do it and was one of the suggestions he made is to send the buyer/purchaser an email letting them know the product has shipped and giving them the tracking information within the email. When you go to your Seller Central and click on the order – under Actions is a pull down menu where the default is Refund under that is Contact Buyer when you click that a new window opens with the order and customer information, this will send the customer an email that you compose there and send you a copy to your registered email address for your records.
Here’s what I put in my email to them and then I send the same info from Bonanza and put the tracking info on the order form here.

Dear J,

Thank you for your order and instant payment your tracking number is as follows 9400109699937532xxxxxx and will be in the morning mail on Tuesday April 26, 2016

I am also entering your tracking number on the purchase at Bonanza.com and will be entering positive feedback on the site as well.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order

The number below is if you have any further questions about your seller account at Amazon. They are very nice and generally helpful.

ZiggyZool is right…

they don’t notify through email there was sale (though bonanza does)
you no longer enter the tracking

I just put the tracking in here and send them a message from here, just like always do and check Amazon Payments, to see when the funds are due to be transferred.

Though you can opt to send the message from Amazon, also
