No response from bonanza

I have been trying to get my items listed for a couple of weeks but cannot.
I see the message “update your booth”
I hit “verify phone by call”
I get a 5 digit #
I hit verify by SMS and am told it is an incorrect #.

When I contacted Bonanza, I was told to put a 1 before my phone # but this did nothing.

Also, I have many yellow dots on my listing and a few green dots.
Some of the green dots show up on Bonanza but most do not.
I don’t know how to change the yellow to green.

CAN ANYBODY HELP??

This is an official Bonanza response.

HI Carole,

We’re sorry to hear of the troubles you’re having trying to verify your account. We were able to respond to your support email and we ask that you continue working with us there to try and get this all sorted out.

The items with yellow dots are incomplete, ie something is missing.

Selling Dashboard
Add/Edit

Open/edit an incomplete item and the box at the top will tell you what is missing.
It could be any thing like quantity, shipping, etc
Fix the listing

Save the listing then
Go to top of Add/edit page and click on big green button upper right
Update your booth since there are items in your booth, there should be no reason to verify the booth

All items ready to post….will then be posted to your booth

Check your profile information…

Account dashboard
Profile
check to see if all information is there and correct..there should be no reason to have to verify your booth…since items are already listed..unless something is missing in the set-up

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
