Good Saturday morning everyone!!
Is there a way to do a link in your booth chat area?
I know (I just read it :)) you can do an item, but I’m going to run a “POP up sale” (or should I say sales) this weekend and would like to put the link directly into the chat window so when (being optimistic here) people come in, they see the sale notification and a link to the department.

You can put in individual items, using the method offered and it will link to the item
You can put in the URL to the category or even items, but it will not be an active link
