Hi, never had an issue but my photos won’t upload. I get the message that IE has stopped working everytime I click upload. Other than that everything is fine. I cleared my cache, updated my browser, closed down and started up the computer. I can’t find an answer to this on my computer troubleshooting. Any ideas?

We’ve been listing all day with no trouble. Google or firefox works a lot better for us than IE, which is really slow for us.

I just uploaded one with no problem using Firefox. If you have another browser you might try using that. You might try also a hard reboot of your computer. Other than that, I’d suggest contacting support to see if they’ve heard of any other issues of this kind using IE.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
