Possible bug affecting product searches

Hey I am using Ubuntu Studio (a popular linux based OS) and firefox. Before signing into Bonanza of late it’s not showing people who aren’t signed in and use the search box products straight off, instead the image verification non-robot test pops up. After I sign in I can use the search box ok. Don’t know how it’s doing on more popular operating systems but filled out a bug report for you guys anyway… Haven’t used Bonanza in a while but I don’t remember this kind of gatekeeping of first time shoppers before.

[URL removed] I currently have laryngitis(healing vocal cords) but for the rest of folk who are interested I believe I have just located Bonanza’s phone # courtesy of the Better Business Bureau of Seattle WA USA.

I been having the verification pop up for a month now.
Others have also mentioned that they have been seeing this.

I use Internet Explorer, Foxfire, DuckDuckGo and they all show this pop up verification only on BOnanza. Any other site, none of this non-sense.

use chrome on Bonz..without any trouble…all other OS seem to cause one problem or another..

Use Firefox for a few other sites, because that one seems to work better those sites…

Search on the Bonanza site doesn’t work in Internet Explorer, Chrome or Foxfire so some people ,that may visit the site will not be able to search for anything. I’m a member and I can’t search on any of those browsers signed in or not signed in. I think the stupid verification popup they have is building people out. I had been searching last week then one day I went to search without signing in and got the verification popup – pictures were fussy and I could not see them clearly. After four attempts I got locked out. So signed in and I was locked out of the search there also. Bonanza has a problem and with so few of buyers this is not a good problem to have. I have been working listings to add but think I will add them someplace else. Who wants to put items on a site that doesn’t have working features or a support system that gets things fixed. Sad I’ve been here 10 years……

For the last 2 weeks, I haven’t been able to search. I’ve tried while logged in (2 different IDs), logged out, on Chrome and on Safari (on my laptop), on Safari (on iPhone) and on Chrome (droid tablet) and every single search just takes me back to the home page.

Same for me except it’s been longer and support keeps ignoring my reports and isn’t doing anything. So can’t shop here. And I’m sure not going to waste any more time listing with everything that isn’t working.
