I set my pricing on our product but it keeps getting discounted WITHOUT My approval. Why? Can the discounting be turned off?

Hi @Centuryfarmknives,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. As @TrinketBox mentioned, it looks like you opted into discounting your listings when you imported from eBay. If you wish to remove this discount, you will first need to delete your items from Bonanza (you can do this in bulk from your “My Booth > Batch edit items” page) and then reimport from eBay. Be sure to uncheck the option to discount your prices prior to importing.
Hope that helps!

We had these slashed prices about 6 months ago, but later they were removed /BTW, along with my minimal prices set for items with OBO option [URL removed]

During an eBay listing import, your items were automatically discounted by Bonanza to reflect the fact that Bonanza’s fees are lower than eBay fees. The discount applied to your eBay prices was a DEFAULT setting during the import process that you had the option to change by “unchecking” a setting during the import process.
It is located under the Import Options. By unchecking that option, your Bonanza prices would not reflect any discount compared to your eBay options.

Yep, it is the tiny little check box that is selected when importing your items. You have to delete them all and reimport them without the check box selected in order to have the same price show.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
