Return deadline/no street address help!!!

Today is the end of the 30 days to return stuff, BUT THE SELLER WON’T REPLY WITH A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS!!! ALREADY CONTACTED BONANZA/CELLSTOREUSA, & NADA!!! HELP ME BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE . I NEED A # FOR BONANZA. TY IN ADVANCE.

Also, if you paid with Paypal, go directly to them to resolve the issue.

IF you paid thru paypal, they now have a 180 day return policy. Go to them and file a complaint thru them.

Quicker to call PayPal the agent will walk you through filing the whole transaction, just ask.

If you purchased through paypal…should have an address..in the paypal transaction…address on the receipt…if used credit card, file for reversal through credit card…

If the seller is not responding, you will need to go through paypal and file through the resolution center at Bonz..Bonz is just is the go between buyer and seller, but cannot compel either to be honest…

By the way, Paypal has a 180 day file policy so I would go there since the seller does not appear to be answering you from here (also, you should have a direct email to the seller through the paypal transaction also, so you can contact them through paypal or the paypal email)
