Hello CUTESTUFF,
thanks for reaching out and so sorry for the confusion. Bonanza has disabled the switchboard feature going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience. You are able to locate your rewards page by clicking on the “My Bonanza” link located in the upper left-hand corner of any page. We think it disappeared with the update they did. you can still find it under my bonanza, but we no longer have the dashboard on the lower right hand of the screen.

Go To “My Store Dashboard”
Then “My Bonanza”
Then rewards
For something done everyday they made it multiple steps to get to it

Always used the link on the My Bonanza page and then our new “Dashboard” page…so never really used it or missed it for rewards…though it did come in handy when it would notify when persons were in the booth and when new events were happening…kind of missed that

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
