Hi
I received an email from paypal that I have sold an item, but this isn’t showing on bonanza.
How can this be?

there are many reasons…your side, bonanza’s side and paypal side…where something went wrong
it is probably best to contact support@bonanza.com

It might also be possible that you have to “accept” the paypal payment. This might be the case if the buyer does not have a confirmed address or things of that nature. It might also be an echeck which has to clear.
In either case, the transaction won’t show as a sale here until the payment is complete.

On the top right dropdown under My Bonanza, click recent sales. This will show your sales page. Check if you need to show a different option, time, so on. It is possible the item was put in their cart quite awhile ago and just now paid, so scroll down.
You can cross reference with the PayPal transaction number

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
