Does the shipping policy appear on the listing page?
many buyer making payment and then asking to know the ETA for the delivery.
not once i had to refund buyers , only because they did not saw this information

What shows in the listing page is what you put in it…
There is a link to your policies Seller policies View seller policies under listing details for each listing.
The shipping and other booth details are also linked on the Main page under your avatar
Bonanza was set up to get away from the ‘ebay’ norm of having to put policies in each and every listing.
I have a line in all my listings for any further questions See Store Policies for complete details of shipping. but now that I see that the wording for the link is different now…I should probably change it to See Seller Polices…
The ships within 5 days does appear with shipping information in all the your listings…
Also, if you feel the buyer needs more information, you can add that information in that same box…it may look little, but it can hold quite a bit of information….

In my shipping policy it does says
- Processing the Order Takes About 5 Business Days
and - If you want you can put Your ETA information in the box…Shipping From China in REGISTERED AIR MAIL (Tracking Number Included) Estimate Time for Package to Arrive Is Between 2 To 4 Weeks. Item ships in 5 business days
same goes in my booth [URL removed] under the banner.
problem is when users coming from google shopping or any other platform , they been redirected to the item page so they do not see the main booth and the information above.
if they won’t click on the – Seller policies View seller policies , they wont know this information and they will assume shipping is from US or from UK , when its not.
