Hello everyone,
I set up a booth at the end of March and had been experiencing decent sales and was quite pleased with the results as they were, we were getting a sale or two a day or every couple of days and things were looking positive, the last sale we had was on May 10th and then nothing.. nada.. zilch.. everything just stopped.
Everything was going great for over a month.. it’s not because the best items sold off because most items we have multiples of, the booth says it’s active and I Googled a couple of things and they come up in Google shopping, but when I look at my booth stats it says there were only 3 items viewed in the last day, out of 3,000+ that’s not much at all.
The first month the booth was open we had 32 sales, and then nothing for the past 2 weeks.
I’m trying to figure out if this is happening for anyone else or if maybe I am doing something wrong.. things here are a little different from Amazon and eBay so I thought maybe I might be missing something, for some reason I was only charged $25 for fee’s on April 30th and the amount owed was actually $26.21 leaving an amount owed that shows up in red under my fee’s owed page as $1.21 could that possibly be the problem?
Any insight or help for this Bonanza newbie would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone everywhere has been noticing a slowdown…I also notice that sales always comes in cycles here (has for the last 5 years) might have something to do with google’s search algorithms. Since we depend on searches for and google is all for presenting new and fresh material every month..we sometimes get ‘pushed’ aside in the search..the best you can do is update often, add new listings or new material to keep the search rankings.
Ebay/amazon don’t really have to worry about that (amazon does not even used google shopping) and ebay sends new listings as a whole all the time…and most people go there first before trying to search other places anyway…if you wish your Amazon/ebay customers to come to bonanza, then send a coupon for return visits to bonz in your invoices…
As to the fee, don’t why it did not pick up the amount unless it was from a different pay cycle (was the sale in May between May 1-5???)…it will probably be picked up next cycle..but if it bothers you, you can send a message to support about it..

Hi MediaMania
When I look at your profile page, I do not see a membership icon. Next to the stats at the top of the page, to the right of your profile picture on the profile page is where the icon should be. That likely means you do not have a paid membership.
I never found it to be true when I had a paid membership but Bonz always says that paid members get more sales than those who are not paid members.
Maybe that’s part of your issue?
