It is called the Mark Down Manager…you can use the tool to lower the cost of your items by a certain percentage.
Visible (ie, the marked out old price with the new price next to it) mark down is a pro member option.
To use the Mark down option (lower costs) is in the booth Settings
My Bonanza (drop down menu upper left)
Booth Settings
Item Basics
Over to the right
Apply Discount
Apply discount as a visible markdown. Learn more. there is a blue box that explains the visible markdown is a pro membership option

About a half year ago B. was running some tests (without noticing us), showing our prices as smaller/discounted and next to them slashed prices. See some photo example [URL removed]

I don’t know, if this feature is finally available – maybe B. representative or somebody with a higher membership account can give You an answer.
In the meantime, You can add OBO (Best Offer option) to Your listings or just add information in the item description and maybe a new main photo with the discounted price, e.g. I’ve used here Your chair [URL removed]

But I’m not sure, if the last suggestion is allowed here, so, hopefully You will have a confirmation form Katy or Mark.

In order to use the Markdown Manager, you must be have a Gold Pro or higher membership. Here’s more [URL removed] [URL removed]
To access the feature, you would then use the Batch Editor to mark down your items and check off the box that allows you to show the original and the marked down price.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
