Step 3 of booth setup and cannot enter credit card?

I am at the 3rd step where you enter your credit card. I’m almost done setting everything up. But the field where you type your credit card numbers and expiration date will not let me put numbers into it.
I have refreshed the page, I have backed up and went back in, and I have done everything I know to do! What is wrong with this thing???

I have contacted Bonanza but of course it’s 24 to 48 hours for a response and I’m ready to do this now. I don’t really want to sit here for 2 days waiting. I’m ready to sell. Ugh!!

Have you tried emptying your cache/history on your computer? I know sometimes when I have a problem entering my card online, that after I empty the history the card info can be entered.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi JasoninColumbus, thank you for your patience over the weekend regarding this situation. We were able to respond to your support email earlier this morning and we see that you were able to get your booth activated.

Hope you had a nice weekend and happy selling!

Are you using the numbers on top of the keyboard or the key pad to the right? It may make a difference.
