Unable to remove coupon?

Trying to remove a coupon in order to update to a new one but when I click on delete this coupon nothing happens the coupon just stays there so how do I delete it? & is this going to be an issue anytime I want to end or change a coupon code?

The “save all changes” that ccmom mentioned is critical to applying those changes you make.

for a few seconds on the buttons I needed & that worked. I’m using my phone as my laptop is currently out of commission so I don’t hear the click to confirm these things with a touch screen. thanks for your response, & Happy New Year!

I had just deleted one and had no issue…

Try creating the new one and then delete the old one..

Always remember to update (save all changes) when finished
