My question is when I list on ebay it automatically comes over to Bonanza. I then Update my items but every time I have to go through all listings and mark New or pre owned. If I only have 2 new items to update why is it that I have to go through all listings and mark new or used? Am I not doing something right? Thanks

Hello @Alesiarhea,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you are having some issues with your eBay import. If you are making changes on eBay and want those updates reflected on Bonanza, then you will need to update your sync options. Go to the “My Booth > Import from eBay” page and click the link to cancel the current sync. Show the advanced settings and select the option to “Revise previously imported items,” then reimport your listings. This way, if you are updating item conditions or other details on eBay, those changes will be copied to your Bonanza booth during the next sync.
Hope that helps. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at support@bonanza.com where we have the tools to research any errors further.
Thanks!
The Bonanza Team

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
