So far I’ve contacted support via the email for on 2 different occasions with questions and they just don’t contact me back, has anyone else with a basic free account experienced this? How do I get them to acknowledge me? I’m pretty frustrated and getting ready to shut down my account.

Michael I also have sent emails with questions and the response was nothing close to my question. I also am thinking of cancel my paid membership if this is the support you get. Also why is there no phone number to call.

Do not get too frustrated and hang in there they always get back with me. I am sure they will be with you when they get a chance to. They have to help a lot of people here with many things. It for sure is not because you have a free account that they are not getting back with you. I’m sure you will hear from them soon to help with what you need.

When I needed an assistance with my first sale here, I’ve received the answer from B. support.
There have been more similar posts lately, probably due to the big number of new members, B, support is not always able to answer in 24 h.
Have You tried to address some of Your questions here on this forum, there are some very experienced members, who could help You in the meantime (unless this a matter that only B. support can give a solution).

Just today i sent a question to them, and right away i get an email saying that they received my question and that they will be getting to it shortly, and usually they do. i think the longest i have ever waited was maybe 2 days. but they will get back to you, im pretty sure they have been pretty busy lately.

My experience is that the response you get isn’t worth the time it takes to read when they do respond. Basically you’re on your own here.
