Hello @truewishes,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Currently, users are not able to send attachments via the internal messaging system on Bonanza. If you would like to email a buyer photos appropriate for your listing, you can reach out to the buyer via our messaging system and request their email address to send the photos directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello [URL removed]
If you’re asking how can you deliver images that you sell to customers, there are 2 ways, 1)as email attachments, 2) as digital downloads. If you have a free booth, you can list a maximum of 10 digital downloads. In order to list more you would have to upgrade to a premium plan. Digital downloads are easier for the seller to handle because he/she does not have to send the file to the customer. The customer automatically receives a link access to the file once the order has been paid for.
You can list and deliver via email without limit (well I’ve heard that the maximum products for a free booth is 10,000), since an email product is the same as a regular product. Some sellers don’t like to have to deliver via email because it makes extra steps for the seller. It is, however, the only option on venues that don’t offer digital downloads, or where you are limited to how many digital downloads you can list, and where you want to list more.
I have a combination of email digitals and download digitals in my free booth. I have used up my allotted 10, and am listing more to deliver via email.

Welcome to Bonanza and good luck to you,

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
