Why do i get failed with error #563.

hi i keep getting this error whenever i go into my booth
i created a ticket but no response yet.

anyone knows about this error ?

Try signing in again.

It is an on-going problem for people as it pops up from time to time. You can’t update items in your booth. It’s best you contact customer support.
