Why does the download button bring me to the homepage?

When I use the background burner feature and I am finished I click “download png” and all it does is reeatedly bring me to the home page! I’ve even tried going into the image library and download from there and it does the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the not so good experience Sarah_2. We just assumed your account and were able to click on all of the download links without an issue (using Google Chrome). We also have not seen other reports so thinking it could be a bug that we have not had reported yet. Before we go there it would be helpful if we can reproduce it on our side. So we can rule out your browser, please clear your browser cache (delete cookies, clear history, reboot) and see if that does it. Also if you can try Google Chrome (which worked for us) and see if you still have the same trouble. If clearing your browser cache resolves it then you are good to go. If not then please contact our support team and let us know which browser you are using so we can try to reproduce the trouble so we can get it fixed.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
