Why was i charged $50 after i contacted customer service?!?

I not sure if I’m missing something in bonanza’s policies. But I contacted them yesterday by email to resolve an issue, and this morning I see that I was charged $50 and nothing was fix. Can someone explain to me how this happen?!?

Thanks for writing. The $50 was your selling fees (congrats on the sales!!). New sellers are charged when their fees reach $25-50. After three months of sales you will only be billed on the fifth of the month. You can see your fees and payments at any time by pointing to Selling at the top of the page and clicking on Billing Statement.

You will have to ask Bonz what the charge was for…I doubt that it was for customer service..however, it could have been for loading your shipping postage, for a couple of turbo packages, or other services…

You could also check your fees to see what the charge was for
