Would an official bonanza person communicate thru bmail?

I am pretty sure if someone was really from Bonanza they would email me directly and not use B-mail to send a message.

Had a message from someone name BonanzaKyrie…spouting something about items removed from booth…But she didnt give any item numbers or specifics. I can’t see where any items were removed…probably just some phony scammer trying to get me to remove items.

I replied to the message and asked if she could be more specific…but no response, so I am going to ignore it.

I checked her profile and I have been with bonanza longer then her, so pretty sure she isn’t an official person.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi huntfordeals,
Thanks for reaching out about your bmail from BonanzaKyrie. She is one of ours! When Bonanza is presented with a Cease & Desist order from a copyright holder, we have to remove the items from our website. In this case, it was Givenchi fragrance. Kyrie provided a link to the copyright holder that issued the order and you can contact them about allowing your product if you’d like. If you have any other questions you can reach us at support@bonanza.com. We apologize for the inconvenience!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
