How do i cancel an order at buyers request?

I read the forum on how to cancel but that's not helpful at all. I need help please in canceling the order. Buyer doesn't want to pay what the item sold for.

Flat shipping rate + 0 for all additional items

My discount coupon doesn't seem to be showing up.
