How do I send a photo to a seller to return broken item?

Customer paid with amazon payments. i am out of product and thus, can't mail. do i refund thru amazon payments or just cancel the sale and amazon will refund customer?

Per posts 2 years ago, Amazon would refund customer if I cancel order on Bonanza. Just want to make sure Im up to date on procedures. Thanks.
