Are silvernshine and boxofcarats legitimate sellers?

I am about to buy from their booths and I am curious as to their credibility. I am well aware many people have been scammed through bonanza.

Why have my ebay imported items been discounted almost ten 10%?

My ebay import has all my items automatically discounted almost 10%. NOT 1% . . . but TEN percent. Can anyone tell me why? Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thank You

Why is the duplicate ffeature not working when you add a new item to your booth

When I click duplicate it does not carry over the full description from the one I am duplicating. Anyone else having this problem? And when will this be fixed? I use this all the time and it is a real pain right now listing new items in my booth.
