How do i stop the automatic importing every single day from my ebay account?

I asked for Bonanza to import my items from ebay - it was a great convenience. But the pricing was all wrong! And now Bonanza is doing it EVERY DAY!! so I have to go in and change pricing on 40+ items daily. HELP!

Being billed for cancelled or refunded transactions

I'm finding it hard to navigate on Bonanza. How do I mark a transaction as cancelled and refunded? I'm being billed for transactions that ere refunded or cancelled. I'd also like ot get that refunded to me from Bonanza.
