Anybody else having trouble with adding a category?

The link for adding a custom category will not open. I have tried on 2 computers, a laptop and my tablet and in both my stores. Nothing happens when I click on it. Is there another way? Any ideas?

What's the best way to list gift certificates?

I can't find a category for them. Am I missing it, or is there not one? There should be if there isn't. Also, do you have to list one for every possible value level or is there a way to list one where the buyer can set their own amount?

How do i configure shipping settings to ship only to the lower 48 states?

New to Bonanza here. Didn't see a post for this in the community posts. I can't seem to find an option to only ship to the lower 48 states. While I hate ebay, it did have this option and it was fairly easy to configure.

Does ebay charge an insertion fee to export listings from bonanza even if you still have the 50 free listings not used yet? Just did a test export, and got charged a .30 insertion fee.
