ICONIC Jean Claude Jitrois Brown Feather Leather Jacket Python Trapunto Signed

This is Iconic Jitrois.  This is one of his earliest most popular styles when he was just gaining acclaim and Princess Stephanie of Monaco was his muse.  This jacket was featured in many editorials.  The L'Oficiel cover with Brooke Shields and this jacket in red was stunning.

This is a nice brown lambskin leather in an open-front style with oversized shoulders.  I believe this jacket originally had a tie-belt, but these tend to get lost, even in closets since there are no belt looks.  The feather detail on the shoulders is stunning and is a mix of python as well as sections of trapunto in contrasting softer shades of brown.

The jacket is in gorgeous condition, the lining is super silky and clean.  There is some slight color shift on one of the arms that is very faint, but try and mention all that I can.  This is also an early signed piece.  Many of Jitrois' early pieces, especially the custom made to order on-offs were stitch signed, and in this case, this is on the right rear back below the feather detailing.
