• Apply to a plywood deck or with a 1/2” x 2” horizontal baton boards to create a thatched roof.
Use no less than 9/16 staples to attach to roof structure staples about 1 foot apart.
• Tiki Hut Roofs. Retail display product stands with a mini thatched roof.

Hand woven palm leaf sheets are 35” H x 60' W x 1" thick and weigh 40 lbs, very thick rolls.

Fire retardants can also be applied by buyer with purchase of our 1 gallon jugs which covers one 35"x 60' Thatch Roll on both sides. Spray on with spray gun, do not roll on with paint roller.

Each roll provides about 95-100 sq ft of coverage. Make sure you add thatch material for overhang around edges when calculating square footage. Most overhang is about 1 foot high or more and your overlapping will be 10-12 inches per row. So you will have 24 inches for coverage and the rest for overlapping of each row.
• Make sure to add materiel for overhang off edge of roof which is 12"-18"
