This sale is for a 1977 Knowles Wizard of Oz "Over the Rainbow" Collector's Plate which features Dorothy and Toto on the Yellow Brick Road. Dorothy has on the Red Ruby Slippers.  No chips, cracks or breaks.   See photographs for condition issues.
