These shorts are new with tags and have never been worn. They have an elastic waist with a tie front on the inside of the waistband. They do have two front pockets. They are 100% polyester and are machine washable. These shorts are great to wear all year long and for any activity! They are basketball shorts but my boys wear them everywhere and for everything.
