However, we may occasionally need to ship your item from another location, either due to stocking issues or if we feel it will speed up delivery to your address. We prefer PayPal. U.S and International customers, call us from 8AM to 5PM Central Time to make a credit card payment.

SALES TAX

Illinois residents are required to pay 10.00% sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer, you must contact us to have sales tax waived before you complete checkout.

RETURNS

We offer refunds, store credit, or exchange on all items. Our policies are as follows:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Be sure to purchase full insurance for your item before shipping it back! We may not be able to issue store credit or exchange your item if it is damaged when being shipped back to us.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
  • When you return an item, you will receive a refund minus a 15% restock fee
