Thanks for looking at our listing. This adapter has been in storage for quite a while, as we have been cleaning out and clearing out excess office and inventory items. This is being offered "as-is" because we have not tested it. It may need some cleaning as it has been in storage (dust, smudges, etc. ). This is good for parts, or, if you already have one and want a back-up, this can perhaps work for you. 

Zoom into the picture to read the specs. Very difficult to read... that was the clearest picture we could get.

There are no other cords, booklets, nor other parts included, what we will send is shown in the pictures.
