This is part of a Home Interior & Gifts/Homco Wall décor set That included a basketball and a football. It looks to have had a glazing type finish maybe it was to make it look like there is dirt in the fake seams on the ball. 
 
 
Made of plastic and measures about 6 1/2" diameter.
 
 
Great wall decoration for any child into sports.
 
 
It is in gently used condition. The face has a few minor scratches/marks from use and storage, The back has some brown paint or stain, maybe from the glazing treatment.  

In the pictures, there appears to be black and gray dots/ smudge marks the white areas of the ball. These are smudges or dirt somewhere in my camera lens and not on the wall decor.
