This is the Frosted Santa ornament by Christopher Radko that was produced in 1995. The metal top on the ornament is marked Radko, it is blown glass and hand painted. Some of the gold trim on the spirals on the bottom half of the ornament and some of the glitter, and other "frost" material is worn, lightly in some spots, heavily in others. The ornament measures 9 inches in length. It has its original hang tag, but it has been removed and is loose. I have a few pictures under black light, I did not see any chips or cracks. Because it will be double boxed for shipping the shipping weight will be 1 pound.
