Spinous Kino Tree

Spinous Kino Tree is a rare, fun to grow tropical that will quickly become a conversation piece among friends and other growers. Forest green, leathery leaves grow out from branches with small spines. The uniquness of the trunk and branches lend itself to becoming a perfect bonsai work of art.  This is a drought hardy tropical. Flowers are not too prominent, but are followed by a more interesting pea sized ornamental fruit that turn a dark purple.   It prefers to grow in full sun with little water needs.
