Buyers must file a claim with the Post Office.The Post Office does not honor claims from Sellers. Buyer assumes responsibility for postage associated with returns. I will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
I want you to be satisfied with your merchandise. In the event of a return, items must be returned in exact condition as sent, in original packaging & within 14 days of receipt for refund, Exchange or Store Credit. I pay shipping on credit items. Return Services are completed within 5 business days after I receive the merchandise. A Merchandise Authorization Return Form will be sent to Buyer and must be filled out in its entirety and accompany return merchandise. Please follow all shipping instructions as noted above. Returns lost in shipping will not be refunded.
