• Item is in great condition but it doesn't have the sheetrock or wood screws for installation, It uses regular construction screws.
Condition:
• USED: This Merchandise is/are retail customer returns or bought in bulk merchandise with or without mfr package. (please see pictures above)

• Due to repacking, shipping and handling the merchandise might show some sign of storage wear
• Expected are some scuffs and blemishes specially in edges, corners, the top and bottom where the item sits flat. (please see pictures for more reference)
