This is a 1974 set of United States Postal Service Commemorative stamps, including 29 unique stamps in its original issue binder and envelope.  The 10 Cent stamps ((includes 75 cent stamp) are in the sets original condition, never used, having been stored in the binder and outer envelope since purchased in 1974.  The stamps and folder are in great shape.  There is tape on the edges of the plastic cover keeping the stamps from sliding out of the protective cover but not harming the stamps.  The outer white envelope is marked "1974 Mint Set Item No. 931".  The outer envelope shows shelf wear on the edges and corners and is lightly yellowed with age.   This is a great gift idea for anyone born in 1974.
