This is a 6" tall Silver Surfer action figure from Toy Biz as part of their Super Heroes Series. This features a speed surfing feature (surfboard with wheels) and is a NEW, MINT-IN-THE-BLISTER figure that is sealed on an illustrated card, and is stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
