This collectible skillet was produced by Griswold during the 1890's to 1905. Third in the series. Has a double pour, outside heat ring, and the size is # 9. Please note: Pans were made to conform to the sizes of the openings in the stove tops known as "stove eyes", actual dimensions are: 9-1/2" base measured from outside to outside of btm. heat ring.

Diameter: 11-1/2" x 2-1/4" depth, actual overall length from handle to rim: 16".

The term "Pre-Griswold" erroneously applied by sellers to Griswold pieces marked only "ERIE" is incorrect. Mathew Griswold and his cousins the Seldens were involved from the very begining of Erie marked hollowware, thus the pieces marked "ERIE" are in fact "Griswold".
