Can be paired with an existing USB Lenovo KBRFBU71 receiver

1. To pair the keyboard with your USB receiver: Remove and Re-Insert the USB Receiver / Dongle into a USB port.
2. Open back cover of the keyboard and remove the batteries
3. Press the F2, F3, and F4 keys at the same time and hold down.
4. Put the batteries in the battery compartment and close the cover.
5. Release the F2, F3, and F4 keys
6. Press 3 key one time.
