We offer a 30 day warranty. If you receive this item NON WORKING or NOT as described, contact us and we will make work with you. Please contact us before opening an dispute. We want keep our seller rating. The unit is fully functional when shipped. The transit may affect the memory, hard drive, processor which can become loose. Our techs will assist you to troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.

Please note that items can only be shipped to the verified shipping address that is submitted with your PayPal payment. Please notify us of any changes through the Messaging panel.
