Common mint, often referred to as garden mint, is an aromatic herb known for its vibrant green leaves and refreshing flavor. A versatile culinary staple, it's used in a plethora of dishes, beverages, and desserts. Beyond its culinary appeal, mint has a long history in herbal medicine, known to aid digestion and freshen breath. Easy to grow and maintain, it's perfect for both novice and experienced gardeners. However, its vigorous growth can be invasive, so it's advisable to plant in containers or designated areas.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, or directly outdoors after the risk of frost has passed. Plant seeds 1/8 inch deep in well-draining soil, ensuring a sunny or partially shaded location. Space plants 18-24 inches apart, with rows spaced 24 inches apart. Common Mint prefers consistently moist soil conditions and requires regular watering. Mint can be invasive, so consider planting it in containers or in designated areas of your garden.
