This is the 9pc Department 56 Parkside Pavilions Gift Set. It includes a UL list cord with bulb (I did not test the bulb and this piece has been in storage for about 15 years). It has the ceramic pavilion building, 2 floral garlands, 2 floral bouquets, and 4 pewter accessories. The original box does have some wear and minor tears on the flaps and edges. The original price sticker is on the bottom of the box. This is Dept 56 - 53412 , it was made from 1998 to 2000, when it was retired. When properly packaged, this will ship at a 6 pound rate, the box will also bump it into the oversized category.
