1. Processing Time: 10-20 business days for most styles, 20-40 business days for complicated styles with lots of beading work, embroidery, appliques, and so on.
2. Shipping Time: 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Return Policies, Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me in 48 hours after you receive the parcel. We will assist with solving the problem you have. 

In case your unused item has to be returned, you are free to do so within 5 days from receiving it. But please always contact us first.

The returned items should be in completely new, unused, good condition (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage etc.) and in its original package. 

But please understand, I cannot refund RETURN SHIPPING cost.
Shipping taxes for returning the item are buyer's responsibility. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that if the item is custom sized, I can refund no more than 40% of the value . 
All other orders are refundable at 80% of the value due to a 20% restocking fee.

The refund will be issued after I received the returned items.

I cannot accept return or give refunds on following situations:

* If the item is used.

* If the item is washed.

* If the item is damaged because of wrong ironing or washing methods.

* If you pass me wrong shipping details.

* If you contact me with your return request in longer time than 48 HOURS after you received your package. 

* If you don't return the item within 5 days from receiving it.

* We will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. So it is very important to ship the item by a reliable shipping company. And please don't forget to send us tracking number of the parcel.

* Rush service fees (if any) are not refundable.

Once the order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept changes. 

If you require to cancel an order before our shipping, 80% of the value will be refunded, and the shipping cost will be refunded.

All sales are final. Please review your invoice carefully and immediately report to us if there are any discrepancies.
