The Toscana Concavo is a rectangular cutting board, slightly sunken in the center, with a pull-out drawer underneath for three cheese tools and three porcelain cheese markers. The cutting board is made with eco-friendly dark bamboo with striped wood panels on either side for a bit of style. The concave surface extends past the base of the board to create carrying handles. There is 108 square inches of cutting surface. The drawer contains the three stainless steel cheese tools with light bamboo handles and three porcelain cheese markers, so you can let everyone know what delightful flavors are available.
