Cleaning Care: Surface wash board with a damp cloth. To prevent wood from warping and cracking, do not submerge in water. To prevent wood from drying out or cracking, occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil. Hand wash knife and towel dry immediately after washing. Soapstone pencil marks can be removed with plain water. The set is not dishwasher safe.
