  • We specialize in finding bargains... for you!  Our items are specially priced to dress in style and luxury and saving money.  

  • We include "Best Offers" in most of our listings.  We Love when we receive them from you, but please do your best to make a reasonable offer.  Just think of how silly it is if you were selling an item for $100, and someone offered to purchase it for $5....

  • Under certain circumstances, we may need to charge a small fee of $5 for shipping if your offer is at the borderline bottom price.  This depends on the weight of the item, fragility, and the commute of the package. 

  • If applicable, we do combined shipping when you purchase more than 1 item from our store.  Please wait for an adjusted combined shipping invoice. 

  • We will ship your item same day, or 1-2 days after item is won.  If you are purchasing on a Friday after 10AM EST, your item will be shipped out on the following Monday.

  • We do try our best to measure all clothing and other items as accurately as possible.  Please verify the measurements in the description as best as you can in order to avoid the hassle of returning your item.  If a measurement is incorrect, we will always accommodate you as best as we can. 

  • You CAN message us, we're here for you.  If you need any help or if you need to talk or get advice on any outfits or style, ask us!  Of course, please message us if you have questions about the item you want to purchase.

Can I exchange or return my item to your store?

If you do not love any items purchased (excluding under garments such as socks, underwear etc...), they may be exchanged or returned.  We are in the process of revising pictures for over 2,000 listings to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing.  If you are unsure about what you see at the current moment, message us before purchase. 

  • Return Within 14 days from when you received your item, refunds will credit back to the original payment method.

    • You have an option to have a merchandise credit for future purchases, please email us before starting a return.

  • Buyer pays the return shipping, unless if we sent the wrong item.

  • We really appreciate when you carefully read the description and ask us questions.  This usually helps avoid the returning of an item.  You know how complicated it is to send it back, it takes time out of your day.  

    • Keep in mind, we offer free shipping on most of our items.  Which means we pay for your shipping fee along with the and Paypal fee.  Every return we get is a loss for us.  In order for us to make up for this loss, we charge a restocking fee of 15% when we process your refund.
